These are popular with the skate crowd. The black canvas uppers with black laces gives a solid hip look to your feet. The Zappos description mentions that the are made with eco-friendly recycled materials, but I’m not sure if they mean the soles of the shoes or a part of the inside of the shoe. Saucony used to be my favorite running shoes….I always picked them because they had thick cushioned soles which helped to prevent shin splints. They were great for running and my occasional jogging.
